The Bergamasco photo gallery is here to allow you to see Bergamascos at different stages of coat and growth. The coat of the Bergamasco is such a strong characteristic for the dog and there are many changes throughout the years.

The photo on the left is of a 6 week old puppy. Puppies maintain the soft puppy coat for about a year. The goat hair begins to form around age one.

On the right is Giada dell'Albera who resides in the state of Arizona.
Giada is a 2 year old black female.

A mature adult in full coat is shown here in his native country, Italy.

This mature adult in "groomed" full coat resides in the English Countryside.
